All international orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post International Air Mail or Hong Kong Post Speedpost (EMS).

 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  We currently ship via Hong Kong Post. All orders with an international delivery address must be handled by AirMail or Speedpost (EMS).

 

We sometimes offer free shipping via Hong Kong Post Airmail on orders totalling over certain amount. While we attempt to fulfill and ship orders qualify for free shipping according to the requests of our customers, we may change the delivery service in an effort to keep costs as low as possible. If you prefer a certain method, please include this information somewhere in your order; we will make every attempt to ship via the methods selected by the customer upon checkout.

 

We will not change a paid shipping option to a slower delivery service unless we first contact the buyer, discuss the different shipping options and agree on a different service. Although a rare occasion, changes in shipping carriers allow us to keep our operating costs to a minimum which helps keep prices as low as possible.  We may however choose to upgrade a paid shipping option to a faster service at our cost.

 

Being located in Hong Kong, most of our deliveries via Air Mail take 10-15 business days or 3-7 days via Speedpost (EMS). We cannot guarantee these dates; this information is a general consensus drawn from our customers.

 

Customs, import duties, tax and VAT (for UK and Europe) may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for details.  We will not alter pricing on the invoice to avoid custom fees.

 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  DronesHelis is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

 

Currently, we offer free international shipping option on orders over US$150 to the following countries

Free shipping option will become available during check out if your address is in the above countries and the subtotal is above US$150.

 

The following are some example of average shipping time to various countries after you receive a tracking number.  It does not include time for custom clearance if required.
